live and virtual courses scheduled for 2024!

  • Educate

A rewarding birth experience requires education about the process of physiological birth, the options available to families during the birth of their child, and the interventions often used during birth. In this course, you will learn not only about birth, but about the importance of provider choice, birth place options, and proper planning to achieve the birth of your dreams.

  • Encourage

A well-trained coach who has become educated and familiar with birth will be the best support and encouragement for a woman giving birth. In this course, you will be encouraged to learn more and dive into the type of birth you desire. Enthusiastic encouragement can do more for a woman than any amount of physical comfort measures.

  • Empower

Through education and encouragement, families will be empowered to make decisions regarding their birth for themselves and their baby. Being able to advocate for yourself both before and during their birth will prove to be invaluable for your birth experience. Birth should be a moment in your lives that changes you, not simply something that happens to you.

OWN your birth.
